Product Description
57BYGH231-03AG6 NEMA 23 high precision 9.6V step gearbox motor planetary speed reducer
57BYGH231-03AG6 consists of a 2 phase 57mm stepping motor and a 56mm planetary gearbox. The housing material of the 56mm gearbox is powder metallurgy. The radial play of the shaft is ≤0.03mm, and the Thrust play of shaft is ≤0.1. Backlash at no-load is ≤1.5 °.
For the same amount of load capacity, our powder metallurgy planetary gearbox has a higher service lifespan than the traditional gearboxes. The key aspects are to improve efficiency and reliability in any mechanical system.

Mechanical Dimension
By having a different arrangement of the sun gear and planetary gears, high output torque and wide speed ratio are achieved. Apart from these, planetary gearboxes have lower inertia and high torque transmission. All these are key aspects that guarantee efficiency.
The ability to accurately vary the degree of power and speed makes planetary gearboxes suitable for many special applications such as wind turbines, internal combustion engines, and so on.
